I had thalassemia, an inherited anemia. This condition tormented me for several decades. Often I felt very drained, my legs jelly-like, as if I were stepping on a sponge as I walked.

Bodhi Meditation allowed me to find a sense of belonging and reap the rewards of health, and the protrusion that was on my neck for many years disappeared.
